Oracle Park History
In addition to being home of the San Francisco Giants, Oracle Park has served as a venue for other sports, including football and soccer games, as well as a variety of musical and other events. Oracle Park has hosted concerts from artists such as Lady Gaga, Ed Sheeran, Guns N’ Roses, AC/DC, The Beach Boys, and The Rolling Stones. Perched right on the bay, Oracle Park showcases a sterling menu of seafood delectables. Some of these include the Pier 44 Chowderhouse Shrimp Po’Boy, Da Poke-Mon’s spicy ahi tuna, and Crazy Crab sandwich with Dungeness crab on grilled Boudin bread.
There are also several vendors with vegetarian options, including The Garden, vegetarian pizza at Tony G’s Pizza, Gilroy garlic fries, and several vendors offer Impossible foods like burgers, chicken tenders and cheesesteaks. All foods at The Garden are vegetarian and gluten-free. Their menu includes tossed salads, plant-based nachos and a cauliflower crust flatbread with mozzarella, mushrooms and red onion.
Beverage Options
Oracle park takes pride in its selection of artisanal beverages and locally brewed beers. These come from breweries such as Lagunitas Brewing Co, Mad River Brewery, Sierra Nevada, and other vendors. Fans can go to venues like Bullpen Boardwalk for beers and coffee, as well as the Farmers Market stand for craft beers and cocktails. Announced for the 2023 season, Giants president and CEO Larry Baer made the decision that the club will be selling $9 beers at select locations inside the stadium. Fans can find the $9 price point on all domestic drafts at the Doggie Diner stands and in the 415 Club in the outfield.
Patrons can also find artisanal coffee and tea at Peet’s @Cafe, a social media-themed café serviced by San Francisco local Peet’s Coffee.
Last but not least, you can try Ghirardelli’s World Famous Hot Fudge Sundae with a vanilla base topped with whipped cream, diced almonds and a cherry. While not exactly a beverage, this comes in as one of the stadium’s tastiest ways to cool off — the perfect icing for any event.
