Dining options such as Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, the Japanese fusion joint Katsuya and former NBA star Kevin Johnson’s Fixins Soul Kitchen share the same pedestrian-friendly space as performance venues like the Peacock Theater – LA, home to the Primetime Emmy Awards, and the 2,400-seat indoor club The Novo by Microsoft. Located in the nearby Westlake neighborhood, Teragram Ballroom is an indoor club that typically books shows for indie bands, DJs and special events such as comedy sets and live podcast recordings. Opened in 2015, the venue is completely general admission and can fit over 600 guests. It is also available to be booked for private events.
The United Theater on Broadway
The United Theater on Broadway has been a staple of downtown Los Angeles since it opened as the West Coast flagship of United Artists in 1927.
