Where does the #VerifiedFan program apply?

Why can’t I register for the St. Paul, MN or Allentown, PA dates?

Is there a way to purchase tickets other than the #VerifiedFan Presale?

Can I register for the #VerifiedFan Presale from outside the U.S. + Canada?

Yes, you can register for the #VerifiedFan Presale from outside the U.S. + Canada but only for the U.S. + Canada dates for this tour.

If I register for #VerifiedFan Presale from outside the U.S. + Canada, do I need to include my country code with my phone number?

Yes, if registering from outside of the U.S. + Canada please include the country code with your telephone number.

Can I register for the #VerifiedFan Presale more than once?

Fans may only register once per show for the #VerifiedFan Presale.

I registered more than once, will I be disqualified?

Don’t worry, you will not be disqualified. However, please only register once per show date.

I got a confirmation email, what does that mean?

You have successfully registered and may be selected to receive an offer code to purchase tickets. Please note, if #VerifiedFan demand exceeds ticket supply, fans may be selected at random to participate in the #VerifiedFan presale.

Does registering mean I get a code?

No, registering does not guarantee you will receive an offer code for the presale. If you are selected, you will receive a text on Tuesday, September 19 prior to the Presale at 10AM (venue local time). However, if #VerifiedFan demand exceeds ticket supply, fans may be selected at random to participate in the #VerifiedFan presale.

Does getting a code mean I will get tickets?

If you receive an offer code unlock access to tickets. However, due to demand, the ability to purchase tickets is not guaranteed.

When is the #VerifiedFan Presale?

The #VerifiedFan Presale starts Tuesday, September 19 at 10AM (local venue time) for fans who receive codes and ends on Thursday, September 21 at 10PM PT.

What is the ticket limit?

There is an eight (8) ticket limit per order.

How much will tickets cost?

If my parent or guardian uses their credit card to buy, does the person’s whose name is on the card have to attend the show?

No. The tickets will be in the Ticketmaster account holder’s account. (Remember, receiving a code does not guarantee tickets.)

I see codes available for purchase, will these work for me?

Codes cannot be purchased. You should not trust anyone trying to sell you a code. Only Ticketmaster can issue #VerifiedFan codes and we will never sell these through our platform or any other site. Furthermore, there is no way for you to know the code someone is selling you is valid. Codes are non-transferable.

The Presale has not begun, but I already see tickets available on other sites.

No #VerifiedFan Presale tickets have been sold. Many unofficial sellers will list tickets even before they go on sale. This practice is called speculative listing and fans should not trust resellers claiming to have tickets. Those speculative listings are not real tickets in hand. Beware of these sellers. How do I purchase tickets during #VerifiedFan Presale?

The #VerifiedFan Presale opens Tuesday, September 19 at 10AM (venue local time). It’s a simple, standard purchase process and the steps below will help you navigate your search and purchase.

1. If verified and selected, you will receive an offer code via text message on Tuesday, September 19 prior to the Presale at 10AM (venue local time). However, if #VerifiedFan demand exceeds ticket supply, fans may be selected at random to participate in the #VerifiedFan presale. The first message(s) will include timing details and a link to where you can purchase your tickets, immediately followed by another text containing your unique offer code. Keep your phone handy – you’ll receive text messages 2-4 hours before the Presale.

2b. Non-Ticketmaster Purchases: Not all events are sold on Ticketmaster. While requirements vary depending on the ticket provider, proactive account setup with a valid credit card and updated billing information is generally encouraged.

Each #VerifiedFan tour is unique and you must register for each one separately.

Why didn’t my Verified Fan Presale code work?

You may have maxed out your ticket limit. Due to demand, each #VerifiedFan Presale has a ticket limit to allow more fans like you to get tickets.

How come I received a #VerifiedFan Presale code but can’t get tickets?

We’ve seen massive interest for this tour and #VerifiedFan tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed.

If I’m not Verified will I still have a chance to get tickets?

Yes, there will be a General Public Onsale on Friday, September 22 at 10AM venue local time.
