Sophie Hawley-Weld and Tucker Halpern are best friends who formed the duo SOFI TUKKER in 2014 after meeting during their senior year at Brown University. Halpern pitched the idea of moving to New York City and making music together and the rest is history. In 2017, the two gained broad recognition when their track, “Drinkee,” was nominated for a Grammy Award.

Now, SOFI TUKKER have earned platinum and gold certifications, No. 1 records across continents, and over a billion streams.
